Emergency Services – Please call 999 in the event of a serious medical emergency, a fire, accident or if a crime is in progress.

NHS Helpline – if you need medical advice or treatment but it is not an emergency, please call the NHS Helpline on 111 or visit the online NHS Helpline facility https://111.nhs.uk/

 Non serious and non-urgent incidents i.e. theft, damage, drug dealing, minor criminal activity, ring the Police 101 or Crime Stoppers 0800 555 111

 Flooding How to prepare and what to do if you have been affected

 Serious issues with a river or water course e.g. major flooding, please ring the Canals and Rivers Trust 0800 47 999 47

 Non serious issues with a river i.e. rising water levels, damage or vandalism, unlicensed use, ring the Canals and Rivers Trust 0303 040 4040 

 Environmental issues e.g. tipping of waste and/or hazardous material, pollution, please ring the Environment Agency 0800 80 70 60
